Canola or vegetable cooking spray
1 packet (500g) San Churro’s Pancake Mix
2 cups + 1 tablespoon (465ml) room temperature water
1 packet (250g) San Churro’s Milk/Dark Chocolate Buds
Fresh berries & ice cream to serve (optional)



1.   In a bowl, whisk together the pancake mix and water until smooth
2.  Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat
3.  Lightly spray the pan with the cooking spray and pour 1⁄2 cup of batter into the frying pan
4.  When large bubbles form on the surface, flip the pancake over and cook until lightly golden
5.  Repeat steps 3 and 4 with remaining mixture
6.  Place the desired amount of chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds increments (stirring in between) until the chocolate is fully melted
7.  Drizzle the pancakes with chocolate and serve with fresh berries and vanilla ice cream
