The search is on! We are looking for candidates with gravitas, applicants with attitude, nominees with nous to spread the San Churro chocolate love to every corner of Australia.
San Churro is recruiting franchise partners to grow our brand and spread our stores throughout the land! We’re looking for inspired individuals with a sharp acumen for business, and a fire in their belly to become a part of the San Churro success story. Passion, drive and heart is what we’re seeking – a passion for making people happy, a drive to deliver the most loved chocolate experience on the market and a love for chocolate, the San Churro product and our brand.
To become a San Churro Amigo (ahem, Franchise Partner) you’ll need the following attributes:
- A passion for chocolate, having fun and making people happy
- A dedication to customer service and a commitment to delivering on our vision to be ‘the most loved chocolate experience’
- Ambition and drive to develop and grow a successful business and maximising your store’s potential
- A strong work ethic and desire to succeed including a willingness to put in the hard yards as the store Owner/Manager
- A commitment to operational excellence and a willingness to adhere to our proven methodologies and systems and take direction when required
- A thirst for knowledge and a willingness to undertake ongoing training
- A positive attitude, a high level of energy and charisma and the ability to relate well with staff and customers and maintain an upbeat atmosphere
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Impeccable business ethics and integrity in everything you do
- Sound management and administrative skills and strong computer literacy
- A desire to enjoy the ride and join in the fun! Celebremos!
