“Initially, what impressed me the most about this franchise, was the quality of their products. San Churro have a core group of products which really differentiates them from their competitors. The San Churro brand really spoke to me, as being synonymous both with quality products, and a fun experience.
But it has been the ongoing support that San Churro has constantly and willingly provided that has made my franchise an overwhelming success.
The marketing department develops all of the new promotions and campaigns that we run over the course of the year. This allows me to focus more on the development of my business, knowing that new promotions or products for Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, the summer season etc, are all being carefully planned for me.
We've had access to the expertise of San Churro's specialised departments, which have supported us in dealing with some of our own legal, IT and marketing issues. Our NSW Business Development Manager is also available on call for support, which was especially helpful during the initial stages of opening.
Head office seems to consistently look to improve on the systems and processes of the business. Some of the new initiatives implemented since we've joined include membership of the Franchise Advisory Council, improved reporting systems, and the introduction of an online communication and training facility. It’s good to see head office actively looking for ways in which it can provide more support to Franchise Partners.

“We visited the first San Churro store in Fremantle and fell in love with the product, design and experience. Then and there we knew that a San Churro was the franchise we wanted. There was nothing like it on the market in Perth and we knew this was something special and we wanted to be a part of it.
Although we had no experience in the food or hospitality industry, San Churro’s extensive training and support made it easy to make the transition. It was a lot of hard work in the beginning, but it has been well worth the sacrifice.
After opening our Subiaco store in January 2009 we were so thrilled with its success that 2 years later we bought the Fremantle store – which was the first San Churro store that we fell in love with. It’s come full circle, and we couldn’t be happier with where we are at”.
