Becoming a San Churro Franchise partner is a big, exciting career move; one that requires research, contemplation, deliberation, and a bit of soul searching to ensure it is the right decision for you. The following steps guide the process, enable the exchange of information and ideas, and tests for genuine connections:
1. CHECK US OUT
Do some fieldwork and visit some of our stores and sample our wares. Go on a fact-finding mission and read up on what we say and what others say about us.
2. GET TO KNOW US
Express your interest via our simple online form, and we’ll send you out an information kit that will divulge all you need to know about us – the business, the product, the people, the process.
3. TELL US YOU'RE INTERESTED
Let us know you’re interested by filling out an application form. This will be reviewed and accessed by our Franchise Selection Team, who are fussy but fair (and very charming).
4. MEET IN PERSON
If you have what we are looking for, we’ll contact you to arrange a meet and greet. This first date is a chance to get to know each other a little more intimately, to discuss opportunities and to determine suitability. If we hit it off and sparks are flying, we will invite you to meet the family, and work in one of our stores for a day.
5. GETTING SERIOUS
We like you, you like us. There’s chemistry and mutual lust. We’ll spill the beans, and provide you with a Disclosure Document to help you assess whether you want to go all the way with San Churro.
6. TIME APART
We’ll give you all the time you need to digest the information in the Disclosure document, consult with legal, accounting and business professionals, and ask any further questions you need, to enable you to make a decision.
7. MAKE IT OFFICIAL
Ready. Set. Sign on the dotted line! A franchise fee is paid upon signing the Franchising Agreement, and we welcome you into the San Churro family.
8. MOVE IN TOGETHER
Now the contract is signed, a location is sourced, and your brand new store starts to be built. Whilst the fitout is being undertaken, we’ll take you under our wing and teach you everything there is to know about our chocolate, operations procedures, running a successful store and maximising your business opportunity.
9. THE BIG DAY
Your store opens and the real fun begins! From day one, our operations team will be by your side, conducting on-the-job training and providing operational guidance to ensure the launch of your new store is a complete success!
